Scope and reading method
This site openly describes the events and endings of all six books. Glossary definitions and character summaries were rewritten for the atlas; concept analyses are interpretations based on the texts.
Book numbers indicate the source on which entries in this atlas are based; they do not claim to identify each term’s first appearance in the series. When page numbers are given, they specify whether these refer to the PDF file’s count or printed pages.
The map’s two pages come from the supplied Turkish PDF of the first book. The atlas of worlds is not a geographic star chart; it is an original schematic explaining connections.
The original six novels, Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson’s expanded universe, McNelly’s Dune Encyclopedia, and the biography Dreamer of Dune are treated as separate source groups. Contradictory histories are not merged into one definitive account. Analyses of the original novels retain their source boundaries. Film and game adaptations are outside the scope.
EPUB records use chapter or entry titles rather than fixed page numbers. The library lists the supplied 15 EPUBs and six PDFs. Repeated works in collected editions are not counted as separate novels. Wiki entries are original summaries based on selected chapters. The passage room contains quotations selected from the supplied EPUBs. Turkish translations and commentary are clearly labeled; the original English is shown separately. The books’ full texts are not presented on the site.
Translated names
Usages in the supplied Turkish editions, such as Gulam, Ganimet, Billurbıçak, Gümleyici, and Saygın Analar, are preserved. Equivalents such as ghola, Ghanima, crysknife, thumper, and Honored Matres can be found through search.
